"Do my choices really matter?"
This is the #1 question from Dispatch players. Yes, they do! While Episodes 1-2 have mostly minor choices for tutorial purposes, Episodes 3-8 feature branching storylines, relationship changes, and multiple endings based on your decisions. This guide shows you exactly how each choice impacts the game.
Understanding Choice Impact
Minor Impact
Changes dialogue, slight relationship shifts (+/-0.05), or immediate scene variations. Doesn't affect major story outcomes.
Example: How you respond to office small talk
Moderate Impact
Affects character relationships (+/-0.1 to 0.2), unlocks/locks certain dialogue options, or changes mission outcomes. May affect late-game choices.
Example: Hero selection in key missions
Critical Impact
Directly affects story branches, character survival, team composition, or ending requirements. These choices have long-term consequences.
Example: Major ethical decisions, finale choices
First Emergency Dispatch
Minor Impact"A robbery in progress at a downtown store. Which hero should you send?"
Option A: Send Blonde Blazer (Recommended)
Outcome: Clean success, robbery stopped with no injuries
Relationship Impact: Blonde Blazer +0.05 (she appreciates your trust)
Story Impact: Tutorial dialogue explaining hero stats
Achievement: Contributes to "Perfect Start" if all dispatches succeed
Option B: Send Z-Team Member
Outcome: Partial success, robbery stopped but property damage
Relationship Impact: Z-Team member +0.03 (they try hard)
Story Impact: Blonde Blazer gives advice about hero selection
Public Trust: -5 (minor property damage concerns)
💡 This choice is mainly tutorial. Both options proceed similarly, just with different dialogue.
Workplace Conflict Resolution
